Glasgow City Community Health Partnership is set up to manage local health services, improve the health of the population and reduce health inequalities. The CHP is part of NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde.As well as providing health care we work to prevent ill health, protecting good health and promote better health within the City. We are concerned with improving the City’s health in a way that reduces the differences between areas and groups of citizens experiencing the poorest health.
