Safer Communities Services of Inverclyde Council is the primary provider of road safety education for the community of Inverclyde.
Safer Communities is committed to working with partners both internal to the local authority and externally with Strathclyde Police, Strathclyde Fire and Rescue, along with various other public, private, voluntary and community groups to address the needs of the people living within the Inverclyde area in relation to road safety.
Inverclyde Council has membership of national groups such as the West of Scotland Road Safety Forum, the Scottish Accident Prevention Council and Road Safety Scotland.
