Link Community Development (LCD) is an international development organisation led by the needs and priorities of our development partners in Africa. We believe that education is a basic human right that is fundamental to breaking the cycle of poverty; and that improved learner achievement is the bottom line for any LCD project. LCD works to Improve the quality of education for children in South Africa, Ghana, Ethiopia, Uganda and Malawi; To build partnerships between the education sectors in the North and our five programme countries; To raise awareness of international development issues.
