Aims to maintain and improve the health of the over 50’s. The project is involved in activities which encourage physical health, mental health and well being. Activities include: Tea Dances, Social Evening, Environmental Group, Linedancing, Seated Exercise within Sheltered Housing/Care homes, Swimming, Easyline, Gentle Exercise, Bowling, Golf, Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi Walking Groups - a number of Groups meet regularly in the following areas of West Lothian. Fitness Classes ie : Gentle Exercise, Body Vive, Body Balance, Aquafit and Zumba! Broxburn, Livingston North, Livingston South, Boghall, Whitburn & Uphall Ageing Well has also established links with Put Your West Foot Forward and West Lothian 50+ network who have a number of Health Walks taking place in West Lothian.The project works in partnership with a number of organizations working with the over 50’s.
