About
Promoting the recording of church sites and buildings of all places of worship in Scotland, for the benefit of everyone interested in understanding and protecting this rich heritage of the people of Scotland. We are creating a Places of Worship in Scotland website, which will provide a photographic snapshot record of such buildings, alongside detailed histories of the buildings and sites. The second element of the project is to enlist the support of the local community - congregations, groups, societies, teachers, individuals and schools - by their volunteering for the Project.
