About
To provide specialized support services to meet the needs of people with an early onset dementia (under 65) and their families at all stages of the illness. This will include specialized assessment, counselling, group work, home support and day care with outreach to maintain regular and continuing support. To raise awareness of dementia in younger people and their associated needs will be promoted. To promote services for individuals with early onset dementia that are age-appropriate and coordinated to meet their specific needs
