A contact centre aims to benefit children by protecting them from parental conflict. A contact centre is somewhere non-resident parents can meet their children. a contact centre provides a neutral venue and safe environment for parents to have access to their children or as a pick-up and drop off point. Parents using the contact centre do not have to meet. The contact centre is a "Stepping Stone" to enable contact to be established / Re-established and through time to allow other arrangements to be made.
