The Eastgate Theatre opened in March 2004 as one of the major custom designed arts facilities in the Borders region. We aim to provide high quality arts events for the local audience, as well as visitors to the area, and a facility for all groups. wether they be professional or amateur, to use and enjoy. Our remit is to offer greater accessibility to and enjoyment of the arts and to be a welcoming and inclusive venue.
