The CheckIn Group aims to improve access to mainstream paid job opportunities for adults experiencing a diverse range of disabilities, mental ill-health, homelessness and other barriers to sustaining meaningful work. Support is provided through volunteer buddies who share their confidence, skills and life and work experience with vulnerable adults who need some extra support and encouragement when preparing to start a new job.
