About Opportunity

In partnership with the Community Health Partnership we are promoting “Volunteering is Good for Your Health” along with a different health message on a monthly basis. I would encourage young people to get involved as it will raise their awareness to the very wide and varied health issues affecting our local community and where information can be gathered. We will be recruiting for volunteers for general volunteering and more specific projects such as the Food Co-op. This opportunity will always be with other people and expect those interested to commit to a few hours. The community would benefit from the information, we could be sharing practice and meeting the public is an excellent way of gathering information and recording the concerns and issues that affect them. It raises awareness and heightens knowledge of what services/organisations are available in this area and increase our knowledge of how to access them. Excellent opportunity to get involved with if you want experience within Health.
