Directly responsible for supporting and managing a team of Scout Leaders and managing Deputy and Assistant District commissioner, who will support the role Attend and lead meetings of adults Represent pack at regional meetings. Will receive direct support from regional commissioner (East Scotland Region) as well as support staff and volunteers from Scottish HQ District Chairman & District Executive

To provide challenge and adventure to over 1200 - 6 to 18 year olds in Perth & Kinross. Scouting is all about developing it's members through encouraging self development and community involvement.
Skills & Experience
Excellent leader & Manager / Inter-personal skills essential / Good communication, including listening / able to prioritise / Understanding of voluntary youth service sector / Basic computing skills (for recording & communications) / Driving licence & own transport essential / Although helpful, knowledge of scouting is not essential as full support & training will be provided / Detailed information on the role is on our website www.perthandkinross-scouts.org.uk
