About Opportunity
Make a difference to young people's lives in and around Glasgow - join our new fundraising and awareness raising team! We are looking for enthusiastic, self motivated individuals who could be our 'ROC Champions', representing the ROC service in and around Glasgow, giving vulnerable young people and agencies who support vulnerable young people access to information about the service. Individuals will also have the opportunity to contribute to planning, organising and taking part in regular fundraising events. **HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?** If you are interested in this opportunity please get in touch with us by email or phone using the contact details on this page. About Aberlour Child Care Trust (Young Runaways Service)
The ROC service supports young people (12 - 16) at risk of running away from home.
Skills & Experience
We feel these posts will suit adults who are fun, approachable and imaginative. An understanding of the ROC service and vulnerable young runaways would be beneficial.
Travel Details
The ROC office - G40 2QR. Various fundraising event locations across Glasgow.
Restrictions
Volunteers will be working with young people under 18.

Training and Induction Details
Volunteer will be required to attend a half day of training to gain an understanding of the service. Volunteers must also attend a 4-6 weekly support meeting with the volunteer Coordinator.

Frequency & Commitment
