About Opportunity
We are seeking to recruit additional members to our Management Committee. As a committee member you will be part of a small team who are accountable for the overall management of the organisation. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who feel they can support us and offer CANAPE their business and/or life experience. We would particularly welcome applications from individuals with knowledge of: Fundraising; Business planning; Marketing; Human Resources; Accountancy. Availability will be in the region of two meetings per month.

About CANAPE - Choosing A New and Positive Employment
Operating on a charitable basis CANAPE offers Young People aged 16-19 years support and training in finding a career in the catering and hospitality industry in particular we support young people with convictions.
Skills & Experience
The ability to work as part of a small team. Professional experience in catering or an interest in working with ex-offenders or challenging young people would be beneficial but not essential. Previous experience in management committee work or third sector would be an advantage.

Training and Induction Details
After informal chat, candidate will be invited to attend fortnightly meeting where we will introduce them to the other members and familiarise them with aims of organisation.
