About Opportunity
To work as part of a team of staff and volunteers to provide YWCA Scotland services in line with our aims, mission and values. To compaign and lobby for the rights of girls and young women to have their voices heard and be represented and considered by decision-makers at all levels. To make an active contribution to the project and work of the organisation, including attending and organising events and awareness raising activities through a peer-education model. A Youth Achievement Award can be completed in this role.

Skills & Experience
A genuine interest and understanding of the important of working with children and young people to build confidence, self-esteem and leadership skills. To be reliable and punctual. Ability to work as part of a team with other Volunteers, Staff and Service-users.
Travel Details
The group will run on a Thursday evening between 6-8pm and will be held at Pathhead Halls, 134 Commercial Street, Kirkcaldy. The volunteer must arrange their own transport but relevant public transport expenses will be reimbursed.
