About Opportunity
Antonine Court is a day facility for adults with physical disabilities. This is a competitive role for someone who wishes to utilise their skills and be at the centre of a busy and vibrant voluntary organisation. The post of Administrator would be the first port of call for anyone entering the building and all telephone enquiries. You would complete a daily register/fire register. You would be in charge of organising daily and annual appointments for the sensory room. Good communication skills and a pleasant manner are therefore needed. You would also be required to undertake daily administration duties for the care staff, board of directors and manager. This may also involve funding applications and dealing with funders. Motivation and confidentiality are essential due to the type of work being undertaken. Your role may also involve work with excel spreadsheets, as we have the TAZ system in place (charity friendly sage) and keeping on top of the banking and statements. **HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?** If you are interested in this opportunity please get in touch with us using the contact details on this page. Alternatively you can register your interest directly using the Register Interest facility. The next step would be to meet for an informal chat. You should be able to start volunteering within 4 weeks. If you do not receive a response within 1 week, please contact the Volunteer Centre.
