About Opportunity
To provide a warm and welcoming reception for our busy Clydebank main office. On a daily basis, we see scheduled clients for scheduled appointments, drop in surgeries, general enquiries, collection and dropping off of materials-and we have a busy telephone line! The role of receptionist is very important in supporting the work of the organisation and you will be a valued member of the team Dealing with Telephone enquiries on the main contact number line and transferring calls across the office Meet and greet visitors coming to the office for scheduled appointments, drop in services or service surgeries Directing visitors from reception to the appropriate meeting/contact area - interview or meeting room Record staff room bookings into the main diary Handle enquiries from groups and partner agencies for external room booking Set up the training room for functions/events (as required) Maintain our volunteer birthday cards service – addressing cards and maintain the birthday diary Help with bulk mailings Write up the daily post book Help with photocopying and printing of documents (as required)
