About Opportunity

The Friary Community Garden Group is a constituted community group of twelve active members/volunteers and half a dozen other supporters, as well as two councillors. Since getting the basic landscaping done at the end of last winter, we have created a lovely garden for flowers, herbs, raised beds and vegetables, with a stunning panoramic view over the Bay and the Firth of Forth to Edinburgh and beyond. Our Minute taker would have the opportunity to make new friends, enjoy home-baking at all meetings and participate in the next phase of our Project, which is to plant a large orchard.
