(CEI) Path Maintenance Project (New Cumnock Areas)
When We Need You
From 09/11/2011 onwards
About Opportunity
The CEI is a small charity – just two members of staff! The charity has received funding to improve the New Cumnock access network. Works will begin in 2012 and help will be needed to keep these paths maintained well into the future. You will be working outdoors, helping with the paths, cutting back vegetation and topping up path substrate. There is also the potential to help with annual events and guided walks. We are looking for people with an interest in accessing the natural world around them and who have good communication skills and a friendly and calm approach with members of the public. The work can on occasion be quite physical so an adequate level of fitness is required.
