About Opportunity
Becoming a Heart Failure Volunteer is an opportunity to undertake a satisfying and rewarding role as part of our team in the Advice and Support Department as a volunteer befriender, visiting clients in their homes and helping to address the social isolation experienced by so many after a diagnosis of heart failure.

About Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland
Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland - Working Together for a Healthier Future.
All funds raised through our events stay in Scotland and helps us to continue our support services for people and families affected by the conditions. This includes our 86 volunteer stroke services, 24 stroke support team workers and 97 local chest, heart and stroke clubs across the nation.
Currently we are supporting more than 10,000 people and their families in communities across Scotland - directly improving their quality of life.
