About Opportunity
The volunteer will service 'drop in' and telephone enquiries in a courteous manner and provide advice on where to seek further help or information. They will be aware of other relevant local services and how to access them. The volunteers will provide a warm welcome for visitors to the Susan Carnegie Centre, make room bookings as and when necessary and pass messages to staff. Volunteers will be aware of confidentiality, keep appropriate records and assist with minor clerical duties.
