About Opportunity

At Crossing Borders we provide free tution to members of our migrant community. You would be helping people who live and work in our community to improve their communication skills in the English language. You could help individuals by spending a couple of hours with a student developing their conversation skills over a cup of coffee, or by helping students study English in a more formal class setting, or helping with other issues pertinent to living in the UK, at their request, depending on the needs of the individual.

About Hipshire Community Learning Partnership

The Hipshire partnership is made up of voluntary and statuary organisations working to promote community learning and assisting groups to identify local issues and find local solutions

Skills & Experience

We would like our volunteer to have patience and an interest in; languages and learning, helping migrant people and community intergration. The number of volunteers we require is dependant on the needs of our students.
