About Opportunity

Take part in PDA ITALL training negotiate individual/group learning plans design and plan adult learning programmes to support the individual/group learning plan through negotiation with the learners. Deliver/facilitate the learning programme using a variety of learning and teaching approaches Deliver accreditation opportunities if appropriate Identify and regularly assess appropriate learning resources for learners Work jointly with learners to review and monitor progress and adapt learning plans appropriately Support learners to reflect on their learning, make informed choices and plan for progression Enable learners to comment on adult learning issues Maintain accurate learner statistics, records and individual learner/group plans Attend training as required
