About Opportunity

Scottish Families Affected by Drugs relies on a number of funding sources to deliver the vital work we do in supporting families who are dealing with drug issues. This includes running our free and confidential helpline and helping support family support groups across the country. We’re looking for someone who can help our small but busy team to pull all of this together. Based in our office in Glasgow, it is a challenging, rewarding and vital role. When looking for funding, there are many Trusts we can apply to, but some are better suited to the work we do than others. Finding the best matched sources involves internet research, phone calls and ultimately completing application forms. These involve providing information on the organisation; selling the benefits of the project; providing a breakdown of how much money we are looking for and details of how it will be spent. **HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?** If you are interested in this opportunity please get in touch with us using the contact details on this page. Alternatively you can register your interest directly using the Register Interest facility.
