About Opportunity
The role of the volunteer will be to assist the administration manager, Chief instructor and executive chairman with key tasks. Tasks will include updating records, monorting group outings, taking bookings, ordering stationary, office housekeeping and filing, and other duties depending on skills and experience.

To provide outdoor activities and outdoor education programmes to young people in Moray.
Skills & Experience
Able to use microsoft office, word and excel. Collating information, filing, answering phone calls, ordering equipment and office "housework".
Travel Details
Outfit Moray HQ at 15 Shore street Lossiemouth.
Restrictions
Need to have experience in clerical work.
Requirements
Interview, References, Trial Period
Training and Induction Details
There will be a full induction covering Health and Safety and relevant operating procedures. Support will be provided by admin manager.
