About Opportunity

A monitoring and evaluation volunteer would look at each of the projects in turn and review any existing monitoring arrangements in place. The volunteer could also implement and devise new monitoring systems and collate the information that they generate. In addition, the volunteer would undertake evaluations of the projects.

About Retired and Senior Volunteer Programme

To encourage the over 50 age group to become involved in volunteering.

Skills & Experience

Volunteers should have previous knowledge of monitoring and evaluation including interview skills, data gathering skills and basic computer skills.

Travel Details

RSVP offices are located in the town centre but the volunteer may need to visit the projects and meet with other volunteers from time to time throughout Forth Valley.

Training and Induction Details

All RSVP volunteers receive an induction to the organisation. The Development Officer will provide ongoing support to the volunteer.

Frequency & Commitment

This opportunity is flexible depending on the volunteers availability but it is expected that 2-3 hours per week would be necessary to undertake the role.
