About Opportunity

This volunteering opportunity offeers varied gardening skills to show themselves - but if you want to learn then, we can teach you! We are currently growing vegetables in raised beds, one of them at a height suitable for wheelchair users and we are encouraging a variety of annual flowers in the borders. We plan to replace these with perennial herbaceous plants in the Autumn or Spring. Our next phase of development involves planting an orchard of various fruit trees and later an area of soft fruits and flowers that can be cut and sold. You can learn how to care for fruit trees and soft fruits as well as welcome the public in.
