About Opportunity

Office administration – to assist the AHP team in the Glasgow office by answering the phone and transferring calls or taking messages, meeting and greeting visitors to the office, helping with filing, helping to maintain the leaflet racks and the information resources Events administration – to assist the AHP team in the administration of Waverley Care events e.g. helping to register people at a conference or helping to set up a Black History Month event Meeting administration – to take the minutes at volunteer and planning meetings; to type up the minutes and sent to the lead AHP worker for distribution; to assist in reminding people about dates and times of meetings
