About Opportunity
Greeting clients, assisting them to complete a basic profile form, book them appointments as required. Answering calls, taking messages, typing letters, photocopying, scanning, archiving old files, shredding etc. Sending letters to clients and doing follow up by phone to find out if client requires any further help, closing cases etc.. Re-organising notice boards and leaflets in reception area, keeping notice boards up to date. WE ONLY RECRUIT VOLUNTEERS WHO LIVE IN RUTHERGLEN/CAMBUSLANG, KINGS PARK OR BLANTYRE, DUE TO INCREASE IN TRAVEL COSTS

Full training for all duties provided, however, volunteers should have basic IT skills, good telephone manner and customer service.
