To manage the therapet service under which volunteers are willing to spend an hour or two, on a regular basis, visiting with their own dogs, care homes, nursing homes, residential homes, hospitals and hospices.
Skills & Experience
Ability to communicate at all levels, especially with the elderly, infirm and children.

Throughout Scotland
Restrictions
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by the adult owner of the pet.
Training and Induction Details
1. Notes on visiting are provided 2. Normally volunteers are accompanied on their first visits.

Expenses Detail
Expenses are paid on request. Mileage allowance - 30p per mile expences paid on reciept of complete claim.

Frequency & Commitment
No minimum. Visiting is expected at times mutually agreed between the volunteer and the place being visited.
