About Opportunity

The main role is to provide Administrative Support to the office, it is a varied role depending on the skills and experience of the individual. Looking for someone with computer skills as this is a key part of the role. Duties involve: Filing and retrieving information and documents, Data Entry, Typing Letters, Answering the Telephone, looking after Donor Database and Research. Our office is a small and friendly place with a relaxed atmosphere, we are looking for someone to capture the passion of the work we do and be a part of the JAM family.

About Joint Aid Management

Joint Aid Management (JAM) is an African founded, registered non-profit Christian humanitarian relief and development organisation, with 26 years experience in sustainable development.

JAM’s programmes focus on nutritional feeding, school feeding, assistance to orphans and vulnerable children, the provision of water and sanitation, as well as skills development, community training on agricultural development, income generation projects, Child Care Centres, Community makeovers and HIV/AIDS programming.

Skills & Experience

Computer skills essential, previous admin experience would be advantageous but not necessary.
