About Opportunity
The LGBT Centre for Health and Wellbeing is launching a new counselling service to offer culturally sensitive counselling to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people, and family members / partners of transgender people. We are seeking competent counsellors with a COSCA/BACP accredited diploma. We are interested to hear from counsellors who can offer individual counselling and couple counselling. You will need to be able to demonstrate cultural sensitivity in working with LGBT clients. For some this might provide an opportunity to work towards qualifying hours for full BACP or COSCA accreditation. Counsellors will be provided with group clinical supervision.
