About Opportunity
We are a small voluntary group supporting older people by bringing them to day centres and giving entertainment and company. We require a minibus driver (ages 25 – 68) with a D1 entitlement on the licence (most who passed driving test prior to 1997 will have this automatically). The MIDAS certificate is necessary but we will pay for this if the driver will give a reasonable commitment (6 months).

About Northfield & Willowbrae Community Services Group
Community based group providing support to older people in Northfield/Willowbrae areas. We are completely staffed by volunteers. Our Monday group is for those with dementia, Wednesdays are a social group for frail and housebound. We also require drivers for minibus each Monday & Wednesday as relief workers.
Skills & Experience
Patience would be good, and an experienced driver essential. MIDAS required but we could pay to put anyone through this if they can commit to at least 6 months.

Training and Induction Details
Familiarisation of the mini-hus will be done. MIDAS paid for if committing minimum 6 months. People on site all the time so any questions can be answered.
