About PKAVS

MEAD Project aims to support the expanding migrant population in Perth & Kinross in playing a full and active role in their community while helping statutory and voluntary service providers to respond more effectively to their needs. We also aim to provide multi-lingual information, advice and guidance to BME and migrant communities to enable them to effectively access services and opportunities.
