About Opportunity
The project has gathered information on memberships and is required to gather information on consent details. This needs to be collated and entered into a system whereby the staff can pull relevant information from the system easily and efficiently. A system has been created to store the membership information but this needs to be further developed to form relationships with other systems i.e consent form details etc. There are also general administration duties to carry out within the organisation, for example typing up letters, minutes of meetings and funding application information. All activities will be supported by the manager and administration staff within the organisation.

About Mayfield & Easthouses Youth 2000 Project
Youth project for all young people aged 11-18 within the Mayfield & Easthouses area of Midlothian.
Skills & Experience
A good sense of humour and a friendly personality would be key to fitting into the team. The post holder should be able to work on their own initiative but also work well as part of a team. It would be useful it they had some administration experience, however support and guidance would be given
Travel Details
You will be based within the Mayfield & Easthouses Youth 2000 Project located at: 2b Bogwood Road, Mayfield , Dalkeith, EH22 5DY. There is main bus route directly to this location – First bus 86/86A, Lothian Bus 3/3A
Restrictions
Anyonbe that would be refused under the Disclosure Scotland scheme to work with vulnerable people would not be unsuitable.

Training and Induction Details
The postholder would be taken through the organisational induction process, as are all employees. Ongoing training would be offered as part of a personal development plan. Regular support and supervision would also be considered part of the placement.
