Key Duties: Welcoming clients, general clerical duties, tea/coffee making, helping in office, answering phones etc. Training: Overview of agency, procedures, difficult situations. Requirements: Volunteers should be reliable, honest and committed and interested in helping people within a busy agency. Subject to references and disclosure checks.

About Tayside Council on Alcohol

Tayside Council on Alcohol provides counselling, support and information to anyone affected by their own, or anothers, problem drinking. We also work in many ways to raise awareness of alcohol related issues and promote sensible and positive use of alcohol. The young persons services provide a wide range of support and treatment facilities for young people experiencing problems because of their substance use.

Skills & Experience

Computer skills & previous experience would be useful. Ability to respect confidentiality, understanding, communicate well with people & reliable.

This opportunity is based at The Wishart, 50 Constable Street, Dundee.
