About Opportunity
Assisting the project worker in delivering the programme within Care Homes, with the aim of raising visual awareness, providing information on the aids and techniques available to improve an individual's quality of life. Also providing sessions aimed at improving older people's well being and confidence through physical activity.

About Visibility
Visibility has been providing services throughout communities in the West of Scotland for 150 years. The organisation exists to improve the quality of life for people with a visual impairment and is focussed on supporting individuals to focus on their abilities and maintain their independence.
Skills & Experience
A good communicator, experience of working with visual impaired people would be ideal but not essential, creative, good time keeper and a sense of fun.

In older people's care homes in West Dunbartonshire.

Training and Induction Details
Visual awareness training, continued one to one support from the project worker.
