About Opportunity
CHILDREN 1ST relies on voluntary income to keep providing our services running throughout Scotland. Our Action Groups are small teams of volunteers who organise a variety of fundraising events in aid of CHILDREN 1ST such as fashion shows, coffee mornings, street collections, Christmas sales and quiz nights. Our Stirling Action Group are looking for enthusiastic and innovative people to join their voluntary committee and help plan and run their fundraising activities. The group currently meets about three times a year to discuss forthcoming activities. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in fundraising and events organisation while at the same time helping some of Scotland’s most vulnerable children and families. The Stirling Action group is fully supported by the CHILDREN 1ST fundraising team, based in Edinburgh
