About Alzheimer Scotland (Nairn)
Day Care is for people with dementia who want to attend and who would benefit from the opportunities it offers. The aim of our Day Care Service is to help maintain and restore the sense of self esteem and dignity for people with dementia. Day Care gives people with dementia the opportunity to socialise, and helps them maintain their independence and pursue their interests and hobbies. Carers also benefit from time to themselves while the person they care for attends Day Care.
