About Opportunity

As part of a team of volunteers you will be involved in the development of a cafe within the centre, which is open during the three drop-in times during the week. This means preparing and selling hot rolls and refreshments to women who use the centre as well as sharing responsibilities for buying and storing stock. **HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?** If you are interested in this opportunity please get in touch with us using the contact details on this page. To provide education, leisure services to women in addition to counselling, legal & benefits advice

Skills & Experience

Volunteers must be female. No particular skills are need as training is provided. Food Hygiene & Health & Safety training is available for café volunteers. We also make available to volunteers the many resources within the centre.

Travel Details

Accessible by bus via Maryhill Road. Bus no. 8, 61, 40 or 18 go along Maryhill Road. Get off at the Maryhill Shopping Centre and walk across the road and is the second street on your right.

Female Only - we operate a women only policy.
