About Opportunity
The first aid organiser and commandant provide service directly to the community as well as to members of the organisation and need support with administration. Ideally we would see the volunteer as a personal assistant to each of the two. A computer etc. would be provided as required. We would hope that a volunteer administrator would be computer literate and willing to undertake a variety of administrative tasks including: Maintaining the record of membership with respect to contact details, training and service hours provided (in order to inform an annual return), Booking of venue and catering for membership training days (3 per year), Arranging, attending and note taking at committee meetings (3 or 4 per year - these are in the evenings).
