About Opportunity
For The Prince's Trust mentoring ic "The provision of personal support, assistance, encouragement and inspiration to young people during and following our programmes, particularly at a time of transition and typically over a sustained period of time." Progression Mentore provide mentoring support to young people when they finish a Trust programme for a three to six-month period. It is to help them move into employment, training, education or volunteering and also make the most of the opportunities whilst in employment. It is about guidance and helping young people to find and translate information, understand problems, identify solutions and implement action plans. Commit to support The Prince's Trust for 24 months or longer 3 - 6 month relationship with each young person depending on the programme On average 2 - 4 hours per month per young person, although the frequency of contact varies over the term of the engagement HOW DO I APPLY?
