About Opportunity
We have a very busy transport service which involves volunteers using their own cars helping people to make essential journeys. These include – attending their GP surgery, hospital appointments [ both locally and in Edinburgh], go to the dentist, opticians, etc. Our volunteers help too by taking people home from hospital, making sure that there is some food in the house, heating on etc.
