About Opportunity

Volunteers for our 'real nappy' project would get involved with promoting real nappies to parents and prospective parents. Working with Katharine, there would be opportunities to visist bumps & babies groups and other parent & child groups to show a selection of real nappies, explain the benefits etc. We sell subsidised starter packs with contain a selection of different nappies, liners and information leaflets. Volunteers can also help with our 'nappuchino' events ie coffee & cake in local cafes, with nappy displays.

We are a campaigning organisation - our purpose is to promote envirnmental awareness, particularly in terms of encouraging people to reduce, reuse and recycle. a large part of our work is with school children, but we also work with community groups

Skills & Experience

Volunteers should have an interest in 'green' issues and protecting the environment.
