About Opportunity

This vital role is about raising the profile of the charity and awareness of heart disease within schools, colleges and/or nurseries by giving short presentations about our work and the importnce of healthy lifestyles. You will build up strong relationships with teachers and PE co-ordinators at schools within your agreed area through your contact with schools. You wil be helping to encourage schools to participate in national fundraising events such as Jump Rope for Heart (skipping event) and Ultimate Dodgeball, which raise vital funds whilst improving children's heart health. Where schools have supported the charity, you attend cheque presentations and thank your supporters for their help.

You will enjoy speaking to others and be able to give clear and imaginative presentations to younger audiences.
