About Opportunity
Heart helpers support the charity in so many ways at a local level. Being a heart helper could include: being a local contact for BHF Scotland, for instance picking up donations or helping to promote the charity by giving out information we provide. Collecting donations at a supermarket or on a street. Volunteering at local fundrasing events. Helping with paperwork or reasearch. Getting involved in fundraising for National Heart Month in February. Joinging a local fundraising group or branch.

Skills & Experience
No specific experience is required for many activities, and full training will be provided. An interest in helping to beat heart disease is vital.
