About Concordia
Concordia is a small not-for-profit youth charity whose aims are to encourage international youth exchange as a means of promoting greater cultural awareness, international understanding and peace. Short-term international volunteer projects are one way by which we hope to achieve these aims. Our International Volunteer Programme offers 16-30 year olds the opportunity to join international teams of volunteers working on short-term projects in over 50 countries world-wide. The project range is diverse and includes nature conservation, restoration, archaeology, construction, art and culture as well as projects that are more socially based including working with adults or children with special needs, children's playschemes and teaching. Volunteers don't need any particular skill but real motivation and commitment to the project are a must
Travel Details
Projects last for 2-4 weeks with the main season from June to September and smaller winter/spring programme. Volunteers arrange their own travel to the project site.
