About Opportunity
So far we have been encouraged in the past 6 months, to see Amy change from a withdrawn, frustrated and confused little girl to a very calm, gentle and loving child with heaps of potential to engage socially with us. Her eye contact has increased by 80% and she is no longer wanting to immerse herself in hours of videos - instead she wants to play and through the volunteers patience and enthusiasm, Amy will be a part of our world.

Training and Induction Details
The volunteer is observed through a 2 way mirror and then I will explore how the volunteer is feeling in the room, comfortable or uncomfortable and then we will dialogue to come up with suggestions for change.
