About Opportunity
Step Forward aims to support clients in building self-confidence skills and working stamina to move on to employment or further education. Technical instructors assist in this process by providing clients with a range of work related skills and support. Volunteers are a valuable addition to this provision as they can assist in tuition of woodwork skills, help clients to produce various jobs/projects and provide additional social and emotional support to clients Volunteers can gain a sense of achievment in knowing that they have helped clients develop and move on.
