About Helm Training Ltd
The Helm is a charitable organisation which provides training & employment opportunities to 15-19 year olds with special needs and challenging behaviour. The in-house provision centres around life skills (social skills, relationships, numeracy/literacy skills etc.), training for work in our training cafe, (also gaining qualifications), and the skills required for work. Our job team assist people into work experience placements and in the longer term, into employment.
Skills & Experience
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is essential. Should be responsible and reliable with good people skills and an interest in working with young people.
