The service aims to encourage and enable users of mental health services and their carers / relatives to be involved in and to influence all aspects of the development of services relevant to them.

Volunteers of Lanarkshire Links often have experience of mental health services in the local area, with the majority of the volunteers either having or having had a mental health problem themselves.
